Description
Flower of Jaltomata weberbaueri. Radial corolla thickenings, extending from the androecium to midway between the petals, are conspicuous on this species because the thickenings are lighter in color than the rest of the corolla tissue. The orange-red juice at the base of the flower is nectar. Collection Mione, Leiva G. and Yacher 725. Collected in Peru, Department Ancash at 3793 m elevation.
