Tronco/Trunk: Café oscuro, cilíndrico, cubierto por muchas lenticelas, algo exfoliante, gambas poco desarrolladas. Árbol de gran fuste y altura. Dark brown, cylindrical, full cover of lenticels, somehow exfoliating, buttresses not very develop. Is a very big tree.
Diagnóstico/Diagnostic: El tamaño del árbol junto con las lenticelas lo hacen una especie inconfundible. The size of the tree plus its color and the lenticels make it a very easy species to ID.
